About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and maintainable features for the cloud-native backend system
  • Use AI-assisted development workflows to generate, refine, and validate clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Own code quality through test planning, code reviews, and investigation of complex defects
  • Identify opportunities to enhance AI-assisted development infrastructure, tools, and engineering practices
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Contribute to Maestro’s next-generation cloud-native, distributed supply chain planning backend platform

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive software development experience building scalable, enterprise-grade backend systems
  • Experience leading the design and delivery of complex features or services
  • Proven experience in at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Go, Java, C#, or another modern language
  • Willingness to learn and work in Golang
