About the role
- You independently research current developments in case law, legislation, and regulation.
- You write and edit legal content for various formats, in particular: law firm blog and online publications, newsletters and client updates, professional articles and academic contributions, social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn).
- You assist in preparing complex legal topics in a clear and audience-appropriate manner.
- You monitor relevant regulatory developments at national and European levels and summarize them in a structured way for our editorial pieces.
- You contribute to the planning and publication of editorial content and support the team in developing our communication formats.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a law degree or are already in an advanced stage of law studies.
- Alternatively, you have completed a comparable degree program with a legal focus.
- You have a strong interest in legal issues related to digitalization, digital legislation, data protection, information security, compliance, or AI.
- You enjoy writing precise texts and have very good written German as well as good English skills.
- You are able to structure legal content clearly and convey it in an understandable way, while also bringing a creative perspective to complex topics.
- You work independently, in a structured and careful manner and bring curiosity for new topics and developments.
- You are interested in journalism and ideally already have basic knowledge of SEO, content structuring, and editorial workflows.
