Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key strategic partner to the Principal and Executive Committee

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of senior financial leadership experience
Significant experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a Top-Tier Hong Kong Property Developer or Institutional-Scale Single Family Office
Deep understanding of financial complexities in property development and joint ventures
Cross-Asset sophistication in financial markets, private equity, and alternative asset classes
Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
