Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of litigation experience
- Licensed in Texas
- Experience handling construction disputes, including mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens, payment disputes, delay and disruption claims, and defective design and construction claims.
- Ability to work independently on core litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing discovery, handling motion practice, taking and defending depositions and assisting with trial preparation.
