Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of litigation experience
Licensed in Texas
Experience handling construction disputes, including mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens, payment disputes, delay and disruption claims, and defective design and construction claims.
Ability to work independently on core litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing discovery, handling motion practice, taking and defending depositions and assisting with trial preparation.
