About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage, administer and further develop modern workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID)
- Analyze, handle and resolve incidents at 2nd-level support
- Support our business clients in the implementation, securing and operation of modern IT workplace solutions
- Contribute to the planning and configuration of Windows-based networks
- Optimize existing IT infrastructures and participate in migration and rollout projects
- On-site customer appointments in the Stuttgart area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for IT and 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
- Solid understanding of server and network technologies
- Confident with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, LAN/WLAN and firewalls
- Strong customer orientation and self-initiative
- Structured, reliable working style and a sense of responsibility
- Interest in current technological developments
- Ideally: initial experience in cybersecurity
