About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Register new patients
- Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of customer service experience required
- Prior orthodontic experience in either the front office or back office is also required
