About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
Inbound and outbound phone calls
Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations
Verify insurance eligibility
Register new patients
Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of customer service experience required
Prior orthodontic experience in either the front office or back office is also required
