About the role
- Lead client calls, present tax returns and strategies to clients.
- Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong initial relationship.
- Work closely with our bookkeeping team to ensure accurate financial reporting and seamless tax preparation.
Requirements
- Strong experience with ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, and the Microsoft Suite
- 5+ years of tax preparation, particularly with LLCs and S Corporations
- Must have client-facing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field required
- Active CPA License Required
