About the role
- Process weekly transactions for clients in QBO
- Prepare and file sales tax returns
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Meet with clients via Zoom to discuss financial reports
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding their financials
- Ensure all work aligns with internal systems and quality standards
- Support other client projects
Requirements
- Experience in bookkeeping or a service-based accounting role
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort juggling multiple clients and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
