About the role
- Completes intake, assessments, research and referral for clinical as well as work/life requests
- Conducts short-term face-to-face and phone counseling
- Provides case management
- Responsibility for client records (paper & electronic)
- Case placement, tracking and follow-up
- 3-4 intakes daily
- Assists EAP Counselors with cases as needed
- Research and writing on a variety of EAP and work/life topics
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Applicants must be in the New England area to have access to our office location when needed.
- currently considering second year graduate student in social work for our Counseling team.
- Second year graduate students must have completed the equivalent of one year of graduate school in social work and must have field placement and/or work experience in a clinical setting.
- Prefer candidates who also have previous work experience in a business environment.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
