About the role
- Promote Keystone Advisors products and services to potential customers to drive new customer growth
- Answer inbound sales calls from customers interested in products and services
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
- Attend field marketing events and follow up on event leads
- Discuss and assist customer needs, matching the most suitable plan and promotion
- Promote company products on each call while meeting regulatory and compliance standards
- Accurately document interaction details in CRM
- Meet key performance indicators (sales calls, sales process, call quality, and product selection)
- Stay educated on corporate initiatives, market changes, and process changes
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Required a college degree or equivalent work experience
- Active Group 1- Life and Health Insurance License Required
- Maintain CE to ensure active license status
- Clear a State required background check to obtain and maintain license
- Clear an employer background check
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales and or healthcare related industry
- Strong knowledge in CRM systems and Microsoft suite products
- Bilingual (mentioned seeking bilingual licensed Medicare Telesales professionals)
- High sales conversion rates
- Excellent customer service, verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, ability to multi-task, and high energy/competitive spirit
