About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and supervise a team of BCBA clinicians and behavior technicians remotely
Carry a direct billable caseload (70% of your time)
Own program quality across virtual service delivery
Manage virtual crisis situations and escalations
Ensure telehealth compliance end-to-end
Develop virtual training programs and drive staff competency
Generate program data and reports
Maintain core presence hours (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM PST) with camera on

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active BCBA Certification
Master's required
3+ years post-cert experience
State licensure current
Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote workspace required
5+ years post-BCBA clinical experience (bonus points)
Prior telehealth ABA service delivery experience (bonus points)
Multi-state licensure (CA + GA or additional states) (bonus points)
Bilingual (Spanish) (bonus points)
