About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare sold vehicles for delivery
Ensure all “we owe” items are complete prior to delivery
Inspect vehicle cleanliness and defects or damage
Fuel/Charge vehicles
Ensure temporary plates and inspection stickers are installed
Activate and connect remote vehicle services upon delivery
Remove license plates from trade-ins
Review pertinent features with customers at time of delivery
Manage inventory placement, grouping, spacing and cleanliness
Prepare and apply stock tags on vehicles and keys
Program keys into KeyTrack system
Complete OEM certification and training
Learn CRM and other applications
Assist with day-to-day activities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability and eagerness to learn and demonstrate vehicle features
Great attitude and ability to take direction
Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consistent and solid work history and/or a recent grad valid driver's license and clean driving record
