Key responsibilities & impact
  • You take strategic and operational responsibility for our clients' marketing.
  • You develop marketing strategies across content, performance, networking and cold outreach.
  • You manage campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, brief and lead external specialists, and sit at the table with our clients — as an equal partner, not at their beck and call.
  • Your metrics are not clicks or impressions, but qualified leads and revenue growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of marketing experience, ideally in coaching, consulting, or agency environments
  • Solid expertise in performance marketing (LinkedIn, Meta) with the ability to connect it to strategy
  • Confident handling of KPIs, funnels and tracking — you know which metrics matter
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools in day-to-day marketing
  • Proven experience working remotely — you can self-structure, communicate proactively and deliver results without someone watching over your shoulder
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you don’t wait for instructions; you bring proposals
  • Strong communication skills — including the willingness to voice dissent when there’s a better way.
