Key responsibilities & impact

Support a team of Investigators by conducting extensive research across multiple sources and tools.
Research companies and individuals for case development using various investigative mediums.
Conduct confidential background and due diligence investigations.
Manage a large caseload and attorney requests in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with team members to support high-priority requests and cases.
Assist with special projects as needed as an integral member of the Investigative Services Team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with legal, public, private record, and company research tools preferred.
Prior experience as a Research Assistant, Analyst, Librarian, Paralegal, or similar role in a large law firm or office setting preferred but not required.
Ability to quickly develop or demonstrate strong investigative research skills.
Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment with a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to develop deep knowledge of background and due diligence investigations.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills with adaptability and flexibility.
Advanced computer, internet, and investigative research skills.
