Key responsibilities & impact- Support business-critical voice recording platforms
- Maintain and configure voice recording systems
- Collaborate with internal and client teams
- Provide end-to-end technical support (L1-L3)

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Verint Workforce Management V15.2
- Knowledge of NICE NIM
- Cisco Call Manager proficiency
- Familiarity with BT Open Trade platform
- Expertise in Speakerbus
- Ability to operate independently and under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with process adherence and structured communication
