Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with Senior Leadership Team and People Leaders
- Optimize talent management, recruitment, compensation, employee relations
- Align strategies with executional goals
- Champion and operationalize core values
- Develop and implement HR initiatives such as performance management
- Build and optimize HR metrics
- Collaborate with senior leaders and Finance team on staffing initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of HR experience
- At least 3 years in senior manager/director roles
- Proven leadership skills
- Strategic mindset with operational savviness
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Strong international experience with a focus on US labor law
- Previous experience with M&A and post-merger integrations is an asset
