About the role
- Study preparation, enrollment and care of study participants during the trial
- Participation in study initiation and investigator meetings
- Assistance with examinations and treatments
- Collection, documentation and archiving of study-related data
- Preparation for, support during and follow-up of monitor visits and audits
- Correspondence and communication with study participants, sponsors and regulatory authorities
- Development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participation in clinical patient care is welcome but is not an essential part of the role
Requirements
- German medical license (Approbation) as a physician with interest and enthusiasm for cardiac medicine
- Experience in conducting clinical trials
- Knowledge of clinical trial regulations (ICH-GCP, GCP Regulation, German Medicines and Medical Devices Act)
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Good IT skills (MS Office etc.)
- Fluent written and spoken English
