About the role

  • Study preparation, enrollment and care of study participants during the trial
  • Participation in study initiation and investigator meetings
  • Assistance with examinations and treatments
  • Collection, documentation and archiving of study-related data
  • Preparation for, support during and follow-up of monitor visits and audits
  • Correspondence and communication with study participants, sponsors and regulatory authorities
  • Development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Participation in clinical patient care is welcome but is not an essential part of the role

Requirements

  • German medical license (Approbation) as a physician with interest and enthusiasm for cardiac medicine
  • Experience in conducting clinical trials
  • Knowledge of clinical trial regulations (ICH-GCP, GCP Regulation, German Medicines and Medical Devices Act)
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Good IT skills (MS Office etc.)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
