About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Driving sales growth – Promoting and selling Kerakoll products across your territory, expanding the customer base, and maximising revenue.
  • Customer relationship management – Building trusted partnerships through product demonstrations, technical advice, and responsive aftersales support.
  • New business development – Identifying and securing new opportunities across relevant sectors.
  • Strategic pricing – Working with the Regional and Commercial Sales Manager to apply pricing strategies and manage discount structures.
  • Market insight – Maintaining end-user databases and using CRM systems to track performance, identify trends and manage customer interactions.
  • Hosting events – Coordinating local product training sessions and client engagement events to showcase our solutions.
  • Credit management – Collaborating with Credit Control to ensure timely payments and support customer account management.
  • Travel & engagement – Hosting key customer visits to Kerakoll HQ in Italy as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in the construction, coatings, or building materials industry.
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and effectively manage a territory.
  • Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivation, with the confidence to work independently and meet targets remotely.
  • Tech-savviness – confident using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking systems.
  • Location – you’ll need to live within the following postcodes (BL, CW, HD, HX, LS, M, OL, SK, WA, WF, WN) with a full UK driving licence.
