About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strengthen brand awareness
- Ensure impactful communication across all channels
- Support commercial objectives through effective marketing activities
- Develop and oversee execution of the local digital marketing and communications plan
- Coordinate CRM activities (Salesforce)
- Supervise creation, localization and consistency of marketing materials
- Plan and organize trade shows, customer events, trainings and product demonstrations
- Maintain a strong field presence and regular interactions with distributors, key accounts, specifiers and applicators
- Develop a deep understanding of the local market
- Analyze local market trends, customer needs and technological developments
- Manage the local product portfolio as well as the Field Service team
- Propose updates to the local roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of managerial experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in technical sectors, construction or B2B industry
- Good understanding of product lifecycle, digital marketing and trade marketing
- Experience managing teams and projects, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong business orientation and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Excellent written and spoken French and English; Italian and/or Spanish are a plus
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.) is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
