About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build the case for change with client sponsors
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
  • Design end-to-end change management strategies, sponsorship models, stakeholder engagement plans, training approaches, and adoption plans
  • Develop and execute communications plans throughout the change lifecycle
  • Drive organizational adoption by coaching sponsors and leaders, tracking readiness, and monitoring adoption metrics
  • Partner with business, technical, and regulatory stakeholders on role-based training curricula and adoption roadmaps for enterprise life sciences platforms such as Veeva, CTMS, LIMS, and Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Establish measurable change adoption metrics supporting business outcomes and audit readiness
  • Lead working sessions, presentations, and executive discussions
  • Identify change risks and resistance, escalating and adjusting plans as needed
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Identify business problems and opportunities and connect clients with Kenway expertise
  • Contribute to proposals, SOWs, pitches, and revenue forecasts
  • Expand and nurture client networks
  • Contribute to Kenway’s Change practice, OCM methods, templates, governance, and thought leadership
  • Document and share knowledge to grow change management expertise
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Contribute to initiatives supporting Kenway’s growth, culture, and capabilities
  • Use Challenger Sale behaviors to advance client outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience leading organizational change management (OCM) initiatives
  • Change management strategy consulting experience preferred; combination of consulting and industry-side change management experience considered
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in organizational psychology, organizational development, or related fields preferred
  • Deep expertise across the full change lifecycle, including case for change, change impact assessment, change strategy and planning, communications, and adoption
  • Experience with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, LaMarsh Managing Change, or similar methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience serving as an organizational-level change management thought partner within a Change Management Office (CMO) or change portfolio
  • Familiarity with life sciences and healthcare, FDA/EMA regulations, GxP practices, and research, clinical trial, and manufacturing lifecycles is a strong plus but not required
  • Deep knowledge of stakeholder management, program governance, risk management, executive communication, and financial and resource allocation
  • Proven experience leading resources, preferably in a project-based model
  • Demonstrated success in client business development, identifying opportunities, and authoring proposals and SOWs
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
