About the role

  • Servicing existing customers, generating leads, and closing new business.
  • Integrating sales and individual activity into our CRM system
  • Developing new accounts, servicing existing accounts, and generating new leads to ensure the territory is effectively covered and supported.
  • Creating annual business plans and sales strategies for the territory to meet company sales goals and profitability.
  • Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines and services represented by the company.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 Years of proven sales experience with machine tool solutions technology
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho is preferred)
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of machine tool technology
  • Previous experience with machine tools is required.
  • Manage incoming sales leads from the website and phone calls
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business with new and existing customers.
  • Exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Regularly travel to perform customer site visits to determine needs and solutions, and obtain detailed information for estimates and proposals.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no significant violations.
Benefits
  • Compensation can start DOE from $75,000.00+ per year plus commissions.
  • With your successful commissioned sales you have the potential of earning 100K-250K per year.
