About the role
- Develop BUSINESS and manage relationships with clients in the accounting and finance sectors.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and negotiating offers.
- Focus on business development, building and maintaining a strong client base, and generating new business opportunities.
- Work on a hybrid desk, combining business development with recruitment activities.
- Utilize your experience in investment management, asset management, hedge funds, or venture capital to understand client needs and match them with suitable candidates.
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in recruitment (Accounting and Finance).
- Proven track record in investment management, asset management, hedge funds, or venture capital.
- Strong background in business development and full-cycle recruitment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience in managing and mentoring less experienced recruiters is a plus.
- Resourceful and keen to work in a relationship-based environment.
