About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on the analysis, configuration, maintenance and evolution of Billing & Invoicing processes in SAP IS-U;
- Make adjustments and configurations to tariff/pricing schemes;
- Configure and evolve billing processes;
- Analyze and resolve incidents and issues related to the Billing module;
- Support functional and technical improvements and enhancements to the solution;
- Work together with the Squad team and other areas involved in the project;
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization of billing processes;
- Perform activities related to software engineering and Packaged/SaaS solutions, according to project needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior, solid experience in SAP IS-U CCS Billing;
- Strong knowledge of Billing & Invoicing processes;
- Experience with configuration and adjustments of tariff/pricing schemes;
- Knowledge of billing processes in the Utilities sector;
- Experience in analysis and resolution of issues related to SAP IS-U Billing;
- Ability to work autonomously in complex environments and large-scale projects.
- Preferred/Additional qualifications
- Experience in projects in the electric power, utilities or public services sector;
- Knowledge of ABAP and SAP Technical;
- Experience integrating SAP IS-U with other systems;
- Experience in support and evolution projects for SAP IS-U solutions.
