About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the Systems Analyst and Development Tech Lead, partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and the product vendor to enhance annuity and life reinsurance solutions and the PAM application.
Coordinate with application support teams to manage production support and drive resolution of issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather PAM PFI and reinsurance integration requirements, clarifying business and functional needs.
Lead integration development, support testing efforts, and produce application and system documentation.
Participate in project planning sessions with clients, analysts, and vendors to analyze business requirements, assess feasibility, and document functional requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong technical background with 5–10 years of IT experience.
Minimum of 3 years of web development experience using the .NET Framework (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, database programming; SSIS and SSRS experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Waterfall and Scrum/Agile methodologies and experience creating and managing user stories.
Nice to have:
Enterprise-level EAI, ETL, Informatica, Workload Automation, or other integration experience.
Experience with web application servers (IIS).
Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Amazon Web Services (AWS); Microsoft Azure experience is also desirable.
