About the role
- Share responsibility for the application lifecycle of selection and recruitment systems.
- Design, code and deploy new features in Laravel with a focus on robustness and maintainability.
- Ensure the stability of existing systems, including continuous optimization, rapid bug fixes and the application of security patches.
- Implement and maintain high standards using coding best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, separation of concerns) and security practices.
- Design and maintain internal and external APIs, ensuring proper documentation and security.
- Emphasize practical monitoring to identify bottlenecks and failures before they cause critical disruptions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Back-end Developer with deep expertise in PHP and Laravel. Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
- Experience with basic Front-end development using Blade templates and frameworks such as jQuery or similar.
- Excellent SQL skills, focused on data modeling for integrity and query optimization for performance under normal load.
- Experience with applications hosted and maintained in Cloud environments.
- Strong adherence to Clean Code and SOLID principles, aiming for maintainability within a lean team.
- Nice to have: experience with simple CI/CD, ability to configure and maintain basic logging and metrics tools; knowledge of ETL processes, management reporting and data governance.
