About the role

  • Development of chatbots;
  • System integrations;
  • Collaborate with the agile team (Scrum/Kanban) in ceremonies and project deliveries;
  • Identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing chatbots using the Blip platform;
  • Strong skills in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or other relevant languages;
  • Experience with APIs and system integrations;
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Problem-solving skills and creative thinking to develop innovative solutions;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team;
  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience with other chatbot platforms and automation tools;
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applied to chatbots;
  • Experience in UX/UI to improve user interaction with chatbots.
