About the role

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more squads;
  • Responsible for project finances, budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis using Microsoft Project and Project Server;
  • Release management and SDLC compliance: manage the digital product lifecycle using ServiceNow;
  • Coach and mentor the team on Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced digital environment;
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Project and Project Server for financial management — able to interpret an allotment/budget, produce forecasts, and explain variances in detail;
  • Hands-on experience with IT Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow, for release and change management;
  • Solid understanding of SDLC processes and the importance of process controls and documentation;
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, as the role requires daily communication with international teams and leaders;
  • Proven international experience working effectively with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders;
  • Project management experience focused on IT infrastructure.
  • **Preferred Qualifications**:
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM II) or other Agile certifications;
  • PMP or another project management certification is a plus;
  • Experience in the technology or financial services industry.
