About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the strategic vision for Procurement Services across KCG, aligning initiatives with overall company goals and operational priorities.
Own and champion standardization efforts related to procurement, metrics across all business units.
Oversee enterprise budget management activities and operational support functions.
Develop and maintain short- and long-term forecasting models that support strategic planning, future resource needs, operational scalability, and financial performance objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive enterprise procurement strategies focused on vendor relationships, purchasing efficiencies, material management, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
Partner closely with Operations leadership to improve project planning, execution visibility, resource forecasting, and decision-making capabilities.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Safety, Quality, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between operational execution and company objectives.
Lead implementation and continuous improvement of systems, tools, and technologies related to procurement including CMiC and other operational platforms.
Build scalable processes and organizational structure that support company growth while improving consistency and operational efficiency.
Develop staffing strategies and succession plans to ensure appropriate project services support across all business units.
Drive accountability around operational performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Provide insight and recommendations to executive leadership regarding operational efficiencies, resource optimization, and procurement strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
10+ years of progressive procurement experience in construction
Demonstrated experience managing subcontractor procurement and fabrication sourcing.
Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation expertise.
Experience working in a self-perform contractor environment.
