COBOL — solid knowledge for developing new programs and maintaining existing ones
VSAM — knowledge of VSAM file structures for use in batch and online processes
DB2 — knowledge of the database and query formulation (DECLAREs or direct access)
CICS — experience maintaining screens and online programs/transactions
JCL — knowledge for creating and maintaining JCLs
