At Keeggo, the **Senior Automation Analyst** is not a test case executor. They are the person who defines how quality enters the development flow, reduces rework before it happens, and builds automation the team can truly trust.
You will work on technology projects for large enterprise clients, with access to training and certifications to continue your technical growth.
**Be the team's quality reference** — participate from requirements refinement to release go/no-go, ensuring quality is not a stage but a shared mindset.
**Build and sustain robust automation** — design and maintain automated tests with Cypress (frontend and backend), reducing flakiness, false coverage and repetitive manual effort.
**Integrate quality into the pipeline** — configure and maintain tests in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins), define approval policies and ensure visibility of results.
**Cover end-to-end APIs** — test contracts, authentication, negative scenarios and critical flows using Postman and RestAssured, with complementary validations in SQL.
**Provide visibility into risks** — identify impediments, dependencies and quality weaknesses and propose practical actions before they become problems.
**Evolve the process** — propose quality gates, improve testability and contribute to release decisions with concrete evidence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

- Solid hands-on experience with test automation using **Cypress** (frontend and backend)
- Strong knowledge of **API testing** — contracts, authentication, negative scenarios — using Postman or equivalent
- Real experience with **CI/CD** (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins) integrating automated tests
- Functional **basic SQL** for validations (SELECT, JOIN, filters)
- Experience with **BDD** and agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) on teams that deliver real software
**Differentiators that will stand out**
- Experience with Kafka or event-driven systems
- Knowledge of the Cards domain (payment methods)
- Use of AI to support QA activities
- Familiarity with Zephyr for test management
