Key responsibilities & impact

Design and evolve robust RESTful APIs in .NET 8+, considering performance, scalability and maintainability from the start
Apply Clean Architecture and DDD principles to ensure code is sustainable in the long term — not just functional today
Be a quality reference: conduct code reviews, define best practices and raise the team's technical level
Model and optimize SQL Server queries, including indexes and stored procedures, in scenarios with real-world volume and complexity
Write unit and integration tests as a natural part of the development flow, not as a final step

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with .NET 8+ and C# in production projects
Ability to design well-structured RESTful APIs, with strong knowledge of HTTP best practices and API contracts
Hands-on experience with Clean Architecture and DDD — not just theoretical knowledge
Daily hands-on SQL Server experience: optimizing queries, indexes and stored procedures in real-load environments
Git as part of the workflow: GitFlow, Pull Requests and Code Review as culture, not bureaucracy
Experience with event-driven architecture or messaging (Azure Event Hubs is a plus)
Familiarity with security and authentication: JWT, OAuth, or OpenID Connect
Daily experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
CI/CD with Azure DevOps
Observability with Prometheus, Grafana or similar tools
