About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map the current state of quality processes and identify the main sources of risk and rework
Design and implement testing frameworks (functional, integration, and security) for systems integrated via Red Hat SSO
Structure quality pipelines in environments with centralized authentication — validating OAuth2/OIDC flows, token management, and roles & permissions control
Define quality metrics and indicators that make sense for the business — not just test coverage
Enable development teams with best practices, documentation, and sustainable quality rituals
Serve as the technical reference in discussions about test architecture and the organization’s quality strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has structured or reworked QA processes in real-world environments — knows what works beyond theory
Experience testing systems involving authentication, authorization, or integrations across multiple applications
Able to move between the technical level (review a test plan, understand a JWT token flow) and the strategic level (present risks and priorities to managers)
Familiarity with methodologies such as TMap, ISTQB, or similar — even if adapted in practice
Comfortable working in evolving environments: no ready-made processes, no easy answers
