About the role
- Plan, monitor and forecast daily, weekly and monthly cash flow;
- Be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable (outsourced), ensuring deadlines and compliance with internal policies;
- Issue and manage boletos (bank payment slips);
- Control and monitor financial placements, investments and loans;
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, seeking competitive terms for banking products and services;
- Support financial closing processes, provisions and treasury reporting;
- Monitor financial indicators and propose process improvements;
- Participate in the implementation and enhancement of financial tools and systems;
- Work in partnership with Accounting, Tax and Purchasing departments.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
- Proven experience in treasury, preferably in service companies.
- Experience in small to medium-sized companies, working in multifunctional environments.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow, bank reconciliation and financial operations.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with ERPs and financial management tools.
- Nice-to-haves: experience implementing or improving financial processes, knowledge of BI tools, experience with structured financial operations.
