Key responsibilities & impact

Troubleshoot and repair BAS/DDC systems across client sites
Support commissioning, deployments, upgrades, and system integrations
Diagnose HVAC controls, communication, and performance issues
Support BAS programming and configuration activities
Coordinate field execution with vendors and project teams
Serve as a technical point of contact for clients
Document field activities, system changes, and resolutions
Identify operational risks and system improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in BAS, HVAC controls, EMS, or related environments
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, commissioning, controls programming, system integrations, field service operations
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, DDC controls, BAS architectures, system diagnostics
Ability to read electrical diagrams and control schematics
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving environments
Strong ownership mindset and execution focus
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across the U.S.
