About the role
- You'll be responsible for managing the vendor and supplier ecosystem behind Keedian’s field operations
- Executing procurement of hardware and services
- Supporting project execution across multiple sites
- Ensuring that vendors, materials, and costs are aligned so projects can be executed efficiently and without delays
- Involved in sourcing vendors, comparing options, negotiating costs, coordinating logistics, and making sure execution happens as planned
- Monitoring and controlling cost per project and work order
- Identifying inefficiencies and reducing unnecessary costs
- Coordinating delivery of hardware and vendor availability
- Tracking timelines and ensuring readiness for execution
- Supporting execution by ensuring vendors are aligned with project timelines and scope
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or field operations
- Experience working with suppliers, contractors, or technical vendors
- Experience sourcing hardware or managing service providers
- Strong negotiation and cost management skills
- Ability to operate in execution-heavy environments
- Analytical mindset — comfortable working with cost and performance data
- Strong ownership and ability to make decisions
- Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow
- Fluent Spanish and intermediate to advanced English.
- Reliable remote work setup
- Nice to have Experience with HVAC, BMS, EMS, or IoT-related environments
- Experience in field service operations or multi-site maintenance
- Experience working with US-based vendor networks
- Exposure to procurement processes in technical environments
