About the role

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects.
  • Perform context, impact, and prioritization analyses of initiatives.
  • Structure and track action plans, timelines, and performance indicators.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress, proposing adjustments when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, AI, and automation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, CX, Operations, and Finance).
  • Contribute to the standardization of processes and project management routines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in project management or project monitoring, PMO, internal consulting, or similar roles.
  • Ability to structure activities, action plans, and controls based on strategic guidance.
  • Clear, objective, and collaborative communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets (controls, analysis, and tracking).
