About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain accurate project budgets and anticipate future costs to ensure profitability.
Manage billing processes and ensure compliance with contract documents.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of wood-framed construction project management experience.
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project and Excel.
Ability to adapt to KCG standards and programs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
