About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain accurate project budgets and anticipate future costs to ensure profitability.
- Manage billing processes and ensure compliance with contract documents.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, offering solutions to challenges as they arise.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of wood-framed construction project management experience.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Ability to adapt to KCG standards and programs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
