About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build partnerships and referral networks with professional services firms
- Execute a national channel partner strategy targeting law firms, CPA firms, and other professional services organizations
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new referral partners
- Develop and negotiate partnership/referral agreements
- Represent KBF’s specialty tax and advisory practices to prospective referral partners
- Track partner pipeline activity, referral volume, and revenue impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partner/channel sales, or relationship management within professional services
- Familiarity with the venture-backed / startup / high-growth company ecosystem and the advisors who serve it
- Strong understanding of specialty tax concepts
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
