About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build advocacy among dental equipment dealers to drive customer acquisition
- Foster trusted relationships with end users across the territory
- Manage and track opportunities using CRM tools
- Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activity
- Represent KaVo at trade shows and company events
- Operate within assigned territory budget
- Lift and transport demo equipment up to 20 lbs as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field
- High school diploma or equivalent and + 4 years in the dental industry
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 1+ year of business-to-business sales experience in a commission-based role
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior sales experience in the dental industry (preferred)
- Formal sales training (preferred)
