About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing innovation and quality assurance within our firm
Managing and optimizing client and employee onboarding and offboarding
Tasks related to internal firm controlling
Supporting marketing and recruiting activities as well as internal HR management
Ongoing responsibilities in data protection and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance
Assisting with coordination across our office locations
Client communication management
Executing special projects in close collaboration with our executive management
Additional exciting responsibilities – you certainly won’t be bored

Requirements

What you’ll need

You value team cohesion
You work digitally and process-oriented and quickly adapt to new tools
You have excellent MS Office skills and experience with DATEV
You are results-driven and strong in execution
You hold a completed commercial or tax-related vocational qualification or a degree with a business/tax background and already have professional experience in a tax firm
You have experience in people leadership and process management
