About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing innovation and quality assurance within our firm
  • Managing and optimizing client and employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Tasks related to internal firm controlling
  • Supporting marketing and recruiting activities as well as internal HR management
  • Ongoing responsibilities in data protection and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance
  • Assisting with coordination across our office locations
  • Client communication management
  • Executing special projects in close collaboration with our executive management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You value team cohesion
  • You work digitally and process-oriented and quickly adapt to new tools
  • You have excellent MS Office skills and experience with DATEV
  • You are results-driven and strong in execution
  • You hold a completed commercial or tax-related vocational qualification or a degree with a business/tax background and already have professional experience in a tax firm
  • You have experience in people leadership and process management
