About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Innovation and quality management within our law firm
  • Overseeing and optimizing onboarding and offboarding processes for clients and employees
  • Activities related to internal firm controlling
  • Support in marketing and recruiting as well as internal HR management
  • Ongoing tasks in the areas of data protection and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) compliance (Geldwäschegesetz)
  • Support in coordinating our office locations
  • Client communications management
  • Execution of special projects in close collaboration with our executive management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You value team cohesion
  • You work digitally, are process-oriented, and adapt quickly to new tools
  • You have excellent MS Office skills and experience with DATEV
  • You consider yourself action-oriented and performance-driven
  • You have completed commercial/accounting or tax-related vocational training or hold a degree in business administration/taxation and already have professional experience in a tax/accounting firm
  • You have experience in people management and process management
