About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Innovation and quality management within our law firm
Overseeing and optimizing onboarding and offboarding processes for clients and employees
Activities related to internal firm controlling
Support in marketing and recruiting as well as internal HR management
Ongoing tasks in the areas of data protection and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) compliance (Geldwäschegesetz)
Support in coordinating our office locations
Client communications management
Execution of special projects in close collaboration with our executive management

Requirements

What you’ll need

You value team cohesion
You work digitally, are process-oriented, and adapt quickly to new tools
You have excellent MS Office skills and experience with DATEV
You consider yourself action-oriented and performance-driven
You have completed commercial/accounting or tax-related vocational training or hold a degree in business administration/taxation and already have professional experience in a tax/accounting firm
You have experience in people management and process management
