About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Innovation and quality management within our firm
Coordination and optimization of client and employee onboarding and offboarding
Tasks in the area of internal firm controlling
Support in marketing and recruiting as well as internal HR management
Ongoing tasks related to data protection and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance
Support in coordinating our office locations
Client communications management
Execution of special projects in close cooperation with our management team
Other varied and interesting responsibilities — you certainly won’t be bored

Requirements

What you’ll need

You value team cohesion
You work digitally, are process-oriented, and adapt quickly to new tools
You have excellent MS Office skills and experience with DATEV
You are action-oriented and results-driven
You have completed vocational training in business/taxation or hold a degree in business- or tax-related studies and already have professional experience in a tax firm
You have experience in people management and process management
