About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Innovation and quality management within our firm
  • Coordination and optimization of client and employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Tasks in the area of internal firm controlling
  • Support in marketing and recruiting as well as internal HR management
  • Ongoing tasks related to data protection and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance
  • Support in coordinating our office locations
  • Client communications management
  • Execution of special projects in close cooperation with our management team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You value team cohesion
  • You work digitally, are process-oriented, and adapt quickly to new tools
  • You have excellent MS Office skills and experience with DATEV
  • You are action-oriented and results-driven
  • You have completed vocational training in business/taxation or hold a degree in business- or tax-related studies and already have professional experience in a tax firm
  • You have experience in people management and process management
