About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, negotiate with, and recruit local content creators, streamers, KOLs, and digital community partners.
Negotiate commercial models, including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee agreements.
Oversee creator onboarding by delivering tracking links, landing pages, promotional assets, and creative briefs.
Track and evaluate campaign success using key performance indicators such as First Time Depositors (FTDs), deposit volume, CPA, ROI, NGR, and overall player quality.
Continuously optimize existing relationships and reactivate underperforming or dormant partners.
Ensure all marketing campaigns and partner creatives strictly align with local advertising standards and regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in the language of your assigned target market, plus strong business English (written and verbal).
Experience: Background in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Marketing, or KOL Management.
Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto, or performance marketing environments is highly advantageous.
Technical & Commercial Knowledge: Good understanding of performance models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid), tracking mechanisms, and digital marketing funnels.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work fully independently.
