About the role
- Work with colleagues on the IT infrastructure.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level end-user support and set up the IT infrastructure.
- Analyze faults and incidents and resolve them.
- Participate in the planning, development, customization and rollout of new IT systems.
- Plan, coordinate and execute digitalization projects.
- Implement technical integration for external partners.
- Plan and perform system-relevant and security-critical updates.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or an equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Windows, networking, operating systems and IT security.
- Basic knowledge of Citrix, VMware and storage systems.
- Motivation to learn new technologies and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Project experience.
- Good written and spoken German.
- Strong teamwork, service orientation and communication skills.
