About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct judicial and administrative proceedings involving precatórios and public treasury matters.
- Draft, review and file pleadings at all stages of the process.
- Monitor deadlines, court publications and procedural activity.
- Act in executions, objections/challenges, admissions (habilitações), assignments of credit and procedural incidents.
- Define and execute procedural strategies aligned with the objectives of the asset.
- Analyze procedural risks and the financial impacts of claims.
- Update legal management systems and procedural controls.
- Support the management of the case and asset portfolio.
- Interact with internal areas (advisory, new business, finance).
- Handle an individual caseload of matters.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Law.
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure and Civil Law.
- Experience in litigation handling a high volume of cases.
- Previous experience with precatórios is a plus.
