About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR administration
- Provide reliable payroll support to employees
- Operate smoothly the People & Culture function during coverage period
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, including PPh21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Proven experience operating HRIS platforms in a professional HR environment
- Experience handling full employee lifecycle documentation (onboarding to offboarding)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
- Certification or training in payroll management or Indonesian labor law is a plus
- Experience operating HRIS systems; hands-on experience with Catapa is a strong advantage
- PPh21 calculation and monthly DJP reporting
- BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan — registration, monthly contribution, and claims handling
- Advanced Excel or Google Spreadsheet skills for payroll reconciliation and reporting
- Understanding of payroll journal entries and cost allocation reporting (CAC, staff cost)
