Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR administration
Provide reliable payroll support to employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, including PPh21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
Proven experience operating HRIS platforms in a professional HR environment
Experience handling full employee lifecycle documentation (onboarding to offboarding)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
Certification or training in payroll management or Indonesian labor law is a plus
Experience operating HRIS systems; hands-on experience with Catapa is a strong advantage
PPh21 calculation and monthly DJP reporting
BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan — registration, monthly contribution, and claims handling
Advanced Excel or Google Spreadsheet skills for payroll reconciliation and reporting
Understanding of payroll journal entries and cost allocation reporting (CAC, staff cost)
