Territory Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong distributor and customer relationships for Bedrock Truck Beds products.
- Identify customer needs and market trends to grow territory sales.
- Travel up to 80% to support customers and expand business opportunities.
- Manage budgets, reports, and territory documentation.
- Support trade shows and promotional events.
- Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and internal teams.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three or more years of B2B sales experience.
- Must reside within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
