About the role

  • Architect, implement, and maintain the bi-directional sync between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data consistency
  • Develop and execute complex automated email nurturing journeys, triggered email campaigns, and audience segmentation based on Salesforce data points
  • Utilize HubSpot APIs, custom objects, and HubL to create advanced, tailor-made solutions that extend platform functionality
  • Maintain high standards of data quality by managing object mapping, validation rules, and deduplication processes between CRM and MAP
  • Build responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and HubL, ensuring cross-client compatibility and personalization
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable technical insights to improve ROI
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical errors with API connectors, workflows, or data syncs

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in a technical HubSpot development role with specialized experience in marketing automation
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales/ Service Cloud, and experience mapping data to HubSpot
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM, CMS, workflows, and API integrations
  • Expertise in HubL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working with REST/SOAP APIs
  • Proven experience building advanced workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities and expound technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
