Regional Partnership Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for managing our site on 2–3 days per week and act as the main point of contact for participants, partners and external contacts on site.
- You represent karriere tutor® in the region and proactively build relationships with employment agencies, job centers, chambers, training providers, companies and other regional stakeholders.
- You maintain existing cooperations sustainably and develop new partnerships to continuously increase karriere tutor®'s regional visibility and reach.
- You are regularly out in the region, attending networking events, fairs, working groups and industry events, positioning karriere tutor® as a strong education partner.
- You identify regional potential, market opportunities and collaboration possibilities and actively contribute these to the development of our regional presence.
- You strengthen the local perception of our brand and help establish karriere tutor® with relevant stakeholders as a reliable partner for professional development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk) or a comparable qualification
- A sales mindset and ideally first experience in building and maintaining networks or in a sales/consulting environment
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, careful approach to day-to-day work
- Excellent communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with participants and external partners
- Independent, proactive working style with a genuine hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment of working in a small, regional team and building networks locally
- Confident use of MS Office
- Experience in the education sector, continuing education, or collaboration with employment agencies and job centers is a plus
- An existing regional network with employers, educational institutions or relevant labor market stakeholders is advantageous
- Experience organizing events, courses or information sessions is desirable
- Familiarity with CRM systems or digital administrative tools is an advantage
