About the role
- You actively expand our network through engagement with employment agencies and job centers.
- You build a strong regional network with employment agencies and job centers.
- You represent our retraining locations and actively present course offerings.
- You participate in continuing education fairs, career-orientation events, and regional networking events.
- You hold regular discussions with employment counselors and team leaders.
- You act as the internal interface between Sales, Participant Management, and Support.
- You develop regional and cross-regional event formats together with employment agencies and job centers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Experience working with the Federal Employment Agency and/or job centers
- Strong understanding of labor market structures
- Experience in networking, stakeholder management, or roles similar to Key Account Management
- Strong interpersonal skills and an authentic presence
- Excellent networking ability and contact-building skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to quickly identify needs
- Enthusiasm for representing the organization and giving presentations
- Team player with strong self-initiative
- Reliability and professionalism when working with governmental partners
- Willingness to travel extensively within Germany
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 or higher)
- Driver’s license (Class B)
